Your key responsibilities

As a Staff/Senior Consultant you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data and technology professionals and/or thirdparty strategic alliances to deliver strategic technologyenabled transformations and major digital implementations.

Additionally you will:

• Deliver client engagements build client relationships and support team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
• Lead the development and of systems integration projects and roadmaps
• Facilitate stakeholder communication ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

• This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.

Ideally youll also have

• Experience in conducting indepth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
• Lending expertise (preferably retail lending) on products such as credit card personal loan line of credit mortgages and HELOC.
• Experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
• Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
• 25 years of industry experience
• Exceptional analytical communication and presentation skills
