ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Who is an Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.
What will you be doing
- Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals
- Educating your team on sales relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
- Support the General Manager in daytoday oversight and management of the Club
Do you have what it takes
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals
- Proven success in leading training and motivating diverse teams
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness
- Creative independent and able to think outside of the box
- Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities
