Qualifications youll bring:
- Some college: in human resources information systems business analytics and/or data analysis or equivalent strongly preferred.
- The availability to work fulltime or parttime hybrid
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work with minimal errors.
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Enter update and validate system data.
- Audit system transactions.
- Produce technical documentation and conduct additional system maintenance.
- Assist with system testing.
- Create maintain and update user documentation and training materials.
- Create and run system reports.
- Conduct workforce data analysis and prepare data for presentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards to monitor and communicate workforce metrics.
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

Hybrid in Rochester NY or Schenectady NY

MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles.
