Job Description

AFM is looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents ensuring both internal and client work standards are met facilitating ongoing development and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
Location:
- 100 Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure both internal and client work standards are met
- Monitor agent work efforts throughout the day; proactively address & resolve deficiencies
- Interpret KPIs and provide ongoing training and development
- Audit accountlevel activity and provide constructive feedback and instruction
- Evaluate calls to ensure compliance and negotiation effectiveness
- Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals
Qualifications:
- Experience leading a thirdparty collection team of 1020 agents
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a thirdparty collection environment
- Ability to interpret and leverage performance reports and KPI data
