Job Description
Senior Software Developer with DevOps and UX Design / ITIL / SDLC / Data Analytics / Agile / JIRA or Confluence knowledge required for a global reputable company based in Gauteng Minimum 8 years experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern practices.
- Deep expertise in DevOps principles practices and toolchains.
- Exceptional ability to persuade guide and inspire stakeholders and teams.
- Proficient in data analytics to extract actionable insights and drive improvements.
- Skilled at applying structure to ambiguous challenges and delivering practical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile ways of working principles and Scrum practices.
- Strong ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficient in platforms such as Jira Confluence and other work management tools.
- Forwardthinking approach to evolving technical needs and optimising the SDLC.
- Ability to craft and communicate longterm technical roadmaps balancing innovation with business objectives.
