Personal Lines P&C Sales Executive
Job Summary
A growing independent agency is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Personal Lines P&C Sales Executive. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and helping to grow and maintain a book of business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of personal lines insurance while collaborating with a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal lines insurance sales targets.
- Identify explore and cultivate new business opportunities within the personal lines insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong enduring client relationships delivering expert service and guidance.
- Stay informed about industry trends products and regulations to enhance client support and knowledge.
- Generate and maintain a diverse portfolio of personal insurance clients managing their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide expert consultation to clients helping them choose the most suitable insurance policies for their unique requirements.
- Manage policyrelated tasks including renewals claims and addressing client needs to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in all personal insurance transactions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends competitor offerings and customer preferences.
- Continuously assess sales performance identifying areas for improvement and applying datadriven insights to enhance sales strategies and results.
Qualifications /Requirements
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients insurance carriers and team members.
- Possesses effective negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products; demonstrates the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- At least 25 years of sales experience is required.
- Previous experience in personal lines account management preferred.
- Previous experience as an Insurance Producer or in a similar insurance sales role.
- Knowledge of insurance agency operations as they pertain to sales.
- Proficiency in sales with a track record demonstrating ability to sell.
