Who we are
The practice is purpose built with some great facilities including operating theatre 2 dedicated consult rooms a nurse consult room/xray room as well as all the kit youd expect from a solid GP practice including a new digital xray ultrasound inhouse lab equipment full multiparameter monitoring equipment and other essentials. Were also happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future depending on your areas of interest.
Youll be working alongside our Clinical Lead and Practice Owner as well as a four strong experienced and forwardthinking nursing team including our Practice Manager/RVN and four incredible receptionists. Our team is always looking for new ideas to develop the practice further and provide the best levels of clinical care and client service possible to our loyal and growing client base.
The role and you
Our ideal candidate will be experienced and confident with routine neutering procedures and emergency and critical care. Although not for large portions of your overall rota youll also be confident in periods of sole charge.
With our focus on creating a rota and workplace that allows flexibility enjoyment and a place to thrive and grow both clinically and nonclinically we are happy to consider applications from full or part time vets. There isnt an outofhours requirement and we are closed on Sundays allowing everyone to make the most of every minute of life outside of work!
Our days are structured with 15minute consults as standard and time taken for lunch and admin are also factored into the day. We meet regularly as a team to discuss issues and how to progress our patient and client care with an open and flexible approach the rest of the time.
What were offering
Salary of 50000 to 70000 FTE commensurate with experience
5.6 weeks annual leave as standard (prorata for parttime).
RCVS and VDS memberships are paid as well as the opportunity to have one other membership paid.
