Howarth Litchfield Partnership Ltd (HL) is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice offering Architectural Building Surveying and Interior Design Services to both public and private sector clients across the UK.
We work across all sectors including education health heritage commercial/industrial hotel/sport/leisure and residential.
Are you a Building Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity
Tasks
We offer a fantastic variety of projects including building condition surveys Quinquennial inspections report writing and preparing schedules of repairs. Youll have the chance to work on planning listed building and building regulation applications as well as tender packages. Plus youll engage with clients consultants contractors local authorities and statutory bodies while tackling intriguing technical challenges.

Requirements
You will hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying and are MRICS accredited or on the path to becoming so we would be delighted to invite you to join our dynamic practice in Durham.
