Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for a domestic process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls resolving customer queries and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of a domestic customer service process.
- Resolve customer queries and provide information effectively over the phone.
- Ensure accurate documentation of calls and issues.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during customer interactions.
- Address customer complaints or escalations in a timely manner.
- Follow process guidelines to meet performance targets and KPIs.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Qualifications and Skills
Graduation Mandatory
Must be able to Speak in Hindi and basic English
Working days
Working days: 6 days in a week
Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
