As a Principal Technical Architect ServiceNow you will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with best practices and industry standards. This role demands expertlevel experience and involves defining the Technical Solution ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives and providing technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of ServiceNow solutions ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance and expertise.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards guidelines and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow features capabilities and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Participate in the development of project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of handson experience with ServiceNow.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD and CSM.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript HTML CSS and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
A Principal Solution Architecture earns between $141300.00 $237400.00 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
