Generating alpha is core to the foundation and heart of BlackRock. Alpha Marketing leads marketing for BlackRocks alphagenerating platforms across active EQ active FI multiasset strategies and private markets. Our mission is to help BlackRocks partners and clients to achieve the alpha so critical to their investment needs and objectives. We are responsible for building BlackRocks active and alternatives brands and marketing our full range of investment vehicles across client segments globally.
Role and impact
The Alpha Marketing team is seeking a marketer to lead strategy and for our private debt business. The core focus will be to set our marketing strategy for raising awareness of our platform; establishing and developing our spokespeople; overseeing content generation and distribution across mediums (video audio written) and platforms (web social media events etc.; and leading in the development of our platform narrative and integrated marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will work in close partnership with our debt and marketing leadership as well as our investors and product strategists. As a member of Alpha Marketing they will help foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration where diverse perspectives are valued and celebrated.
