Job Description

We are looking for a creative and resultsdriven Social Media Manager with 12 years of experience to join ourteam. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing ourbrands online presence across various social media platforms. You will createengaging content analyze performance metricsand develop strategies to enhancebrand awareness engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developimplement and manage social media strategies across platforms such asInstagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube.

Create andcurate engaging content including text images videos and graphics alignedwith the brands voice and goals.

Monitor socialmedia channels respond to comments/messages and engage with thecommunity to foster brand loyalty.

Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provideinsights and

recommendations for improvement and regularly review social metricsand performance data tooptimize content strategies and maximize ROI on campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing designsales) to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Coordinatewith Marketing team and channel business leads for overall programming insocial media to ensure tactics ladder to overall brand strategy seasonalcampaigns and goals.

Stay updatedon social media trendsemerging platforms and best practices to optimize strategy.

Oversees socialmedia Influencer/creator programfor all social accounts.

Liason betweenall LDV social accounts and creators/Influencers/social media accounts forcollaborations and communications.

Assist in influencer collaborations partnerships and paid advertising campaigns.

Assist in creative direction for photography videography shoots as well as producesand edits the photo video content.

Captures lowliftbrand appropriate contentinclusive of photovideo and live

experiences. (i.e. behindthescenes employee Q&As restaurant/bar/hotel visitsetc.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reachengagement and conversion rates.


Act as a keypoint of contact for managingsensitive social situations ensuring brand reputation is upheld across platforms.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to share portfolio of work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

12 years of experience in socialmedia management digitalmarketing or a relatedfield.

Strong understanding of social media platforms(Instagram Facebook LinkedInTikTok etc trends and best practices.

Experiencewith content creation tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and socialmedia scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social).

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics).

Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset withattention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Experiencewith paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads etc..

Knowledge of SEO and contentmarketing principles.

Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships.
