Job Description

Business Development Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationships withpotential clients in the industry sector.

Conduct market research to identify businessopportunities and trends.

Develop and execute business developmentstrategies to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tocreate tailored solutions for clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentationsto prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle fromsourcing to onboarding for various positions within the company.

Source and attract candidates through variouschannels (job boards social media referrals etc..

Screen resumes and conduct interviews toassess candidates qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiringmanagers.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Manageoffer negotiations and extend job offers.

Ensure a positive candidate experiencethroughout the recruitment process.




Requirements

Qualifications:

To excel in this role you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Selfdriven with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of trends and market dynamics (for Business Development).
