Job Description

Catholic Memorial is looking for an experienced and skilled educator who is passionate about working with a diverse range of students.Job Summary Plan and deliver a counseling program that is developmentally appropriate to middle school students. Collaborate with administrators and faculty to reinforce ongoing advisory and academic coaching programs. Guide a caseload of approximately 125 students in grades 7 & 8. Counsel students to develop academic social and emotional skills. Collaborate with parents teachers and administrators to develop appropriate studentcentered interventions. Provide individualized student planning and responsive services to support students and their families. Participate with Student Success Team identifying students in need of targeted services and coordinating responses. Promote continuous professional growth while collaborating with faculty.Qualifications: Masters Degree preferred. MA Counseling Licensure preferred. Effective planning organizational and data analysis skills required. A collaborative mindset to support each student and parent in our diverse learning community.
