Our 15 people Digital Finance practice within Technology Consulting services provides opportunities to work alongside Finance leaders to optimize their finance functions and working with multidisciplinary teams for some of the biggest and most recognized corporate companies in the world.We help organizations achieve strategic alignment of their finance organization implement service and cost improvement initiatives and embed a performance management process and culture that unite the business around its core objectives.

As a Digital Finance Manager youll actively participate in engagements covering the following expertise areas:

  • Finance Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
  • Finance Statement Close & Consolidations
  • FP&A Controlling Excellence & Management Reporting
  • Finance Operating Model Design
  • CPM/EPM Implementations

The Role:

Youll actively establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from EY Partners youll identify potential business opportunities for EY. You will develop longterm client relationships and networks as well as develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to service client needs. By drawing on your knowledge and experience youll provide innovative commercial insights for clients and contribute to thought leadership. Youll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. In line with our commitment to quality youll consistently drive projects to completion and determine that work is of a high quality. Your role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of engagement and will be under responsibility of higher levels. They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate. As an influential member of the team youll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop. A willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs is required. Travel is estimated at 50.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Client Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise CCH Tagetik implementation projects examining clients internal finance and accounting processes and advising on solutions around creating efficient processes or improving existing processes
  • Champion CCH Tagetik solutions through full cycle requirements and design development testing training implementation and support
  • Coordinate full presales cycle work client introduction scoping drafting estimate and proposal creating statement of work contract
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and clientside resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
  • Approach problems creatively and apply innovative technology to solve business challenges
  • System migration support to transition from onpremises consolidation systems like HFM to cloudbased systems (i.e. CCH Tagetik)
  • Deploy the solution to endusers and provide overall support and training including data validation activities
  • Work with leadership to develop and grow the practice further including revenue attainment sales and marketing assets partnership with CCH Tagetik internal COE and helpdesk training recruiting onboarding and staffing
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around data mapping conversion validation system and security configuration system integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Leverage a strong understanding of CCH Tagetik standard dimensions to develop various key elements including business rules for consolidation and planning in CCH Tagetik application

People Management Responsibilities

  • Develop people through effectively supervising coaching and mentoring staff
  • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting retaining and training Finance & Performance Management professionals
  • Assist with technical guidance to other developers incl. training of EY and client staff
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Your Profile

You have:

  • A strong academic record including a bachelors degree in Business/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience (and maximum 10in industry or with a recognized consulting firm
  • Experience with minimum 4 years of Tagetik implementation experience would be a must have
  • Additional consulting or industry experience with some mix of Oracle EPM Oracle Hyperion Anaplan OneStream or other complex EPM platforms
  • Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
  • Previous experience with fullcycle EPM/CPM implementations
  • Experience with data integration between different systems/sources i.e.In finance transformation; financial close and consolidation; process transformation and improvement; planning budgeting and forecasting; performance measurement and performance management; business performance reporting; cost reduction; shared service centers and business process outsourcing
  • Ability to translate current customer spreadsheet or other financial systems to effective and efficient CCH Tagetik application
  • Subject matter expertise in Financial Close and Consolidation Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes including account reconciliations intercompany eliminations currency translation allocations and topside adjustments
  • Full working proficiencyin Dutch (NL) or French and English;
