So lets keep it real. Caring for Care is the UKstoprated healthcare training provider. We train over 20000 carers andnurses every year and have a highly driven ambitious sales team.

Were not looking for a consultant or contractorweneed someone fully invested in the business someone who thrives onhitting targets but also understands that customer relationshipsteamwork and keeping on top of admin responsibilities are just asimportant.

This role is a mix of sales leadership coachingperformance management and problemsolving. Its fastpaced its challengingand its incredibly rewarding for the right person.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Driving Sales & Performance

Motivate lead and develop a team of 6 inbound Course Advisors with a potential outbound role.
Drive the team to hit and exceed targets while maintaining high customerservice standards.
No shortcuts no pushy tacticswe focus on longterm clientrelationships not just quick wins.
Identify new business opportunities and improve conversion rates.

2. Nurturing Customer Relationships

Ensure customer accounts aremanaged properlyno dropandrun sales.
Work with the team to build strong lasting relationships with clients.
Support the team in handling tricky customer situations withprofessionalism and confidence.

3. Holding the Team Accountable & Ensuring Fairness

Keep sales processesconsistentno favouritism equal lead distribution and cleartargets.
Ensure returntoworks appraisals performance reviews and teamdevelopment plans are completed on time and to a high standard.
Address lateness sick days and performance issues fairly andconsistently.
If a team member isnt effective you step in quicklyno brushingissues under the rug.

4. Leading by Example & ProblemSolving

Be handsonjump in whenneeded whether its closing a deal solving a customer issue or coaching astruggling team member.
If a trainer cancels last minute or a big client has an issue you helpthe team find solutions not just point out problems.
Work with the recruitment team to ensure we have enough trainers inthe right areas to meet demand.
Keep communication flowing between sales operations andleadershipeveryone needs to be on the same page.
