The role

We are currently looking for a MultiSkilled Plumber to join the Merseyside Team. The purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will communicate effectively with internal office staff colleagues managers and customers. You will also perform other duties as appropriate to the job level including providing support to colleagues as directed by the manager.

The right fit

  • You will be competent in at least two of the following trades one of which must be Joinery: Plumbing (Essential) Plastering Joinery Tiling Groundworks Roofing or Glazing.
  • You will possess an NVQ level two qualification in a core trade (or equivalent) a level 3 is desirable.
  • Prior experience working with a housing association is preferred.
  • Youll be a confident capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Youll be able to plan and prioritise workloads working to deadlines and agreed targets.
  • Youll have strong customer service skills as you will be dealing with members of the public on a regular basis.
  • Youll have a full awareness of relevant H&S requirements.
  • Youll hold a full UK driving licence.
