Job Description
One of the WellknownPolytechnic colleges & Training centres inOmanis looking tohire the following Position:
Learning & Development Specialist
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 56 years progressive experience within Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate setting.
- Experience in Learning & Development at both a delivery and design level for a diverse audience.
- Handson experience and solid knowledge of performance management training needs analysis talent management organization development and succession planning.
- Advanced or proficient level of SAP and Microsoft Office skills particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- CIPD certificate in learning & development is preferred.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SAP System.
- Performance management system.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and its application in training programs
- Etraining.
