Location: County wide

Rank: Substantive Sergeant

Salary: We will need to verify your service with your previous Force in order to place you on the correct pay point accordingly to Police South East Allowance payment of 2000 per annum will also apply.

Intake Dates: October and December 2025

  • Policing across 1603 square miles land which combines rural areas with densely populated cities.
  • Policing 230 miles of coastline with our dedicated Marine Unit which has state of the art vessels and equipment.
  • Significant transport network including the M27 and M3 key rail hubs and two international airports
  • Critical national infrastructure sites to keep safe such as the ports in Southampton and Portsmouth as well as crucial oil refineries
