Product Program ManagerJob Description
The Product Program Manager will manage the direction of Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolios working with a highly skilled program leadership team responsible for driving innovation and within Oral Healthcare.
Youre role
- Managing the endtoend lifecycle and regulatory registrations of a product portfolio including developing and maintaining product roadmaps and strategy plans ensuring global transparency and alignment with leadership.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D marketing regulatory supply chain and commercial teams to bring innovative oral healthcare products to market and maintain access to all markets.
- Influence decisionmaking and strategy within a dynamic and fastpaced healthcare environment.
- Driving effective change management to accommodate evolving business technical or regulatory needs.
- Providing guidance mentorship and leadership to project team members to foster high performance.
Youre the right fit if:
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field. PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within a medical device or consumer health industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of product program or project management experience leading crossfunctional teams in a regulated environment (FDA ISO or similar).
- Knowledge of design controls risk management and regulatory compliance standards in healthcare product development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels of a global organization.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than a part. For our officebased teams this means working inperson at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require fulltime presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Bothell WA) is $110000 to $177000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or longterm incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
