Contract Type: Parttime 2025 hours/week spread across a 5dayweek
Salary Range: Professional IC L2: 50.000 67.000* for 100 fulltime VSOP 5 of annual gross salary)

Your mission
HelloBetter is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare. For more than 10 years we have been developing evidencebased digital health applications for the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions. Our applications cover a variety of areas including stress management depression problematic alcohol use panic disorder and anxiety vaginismus and sleep disorders.
Six of HelloBetters ten applications are approved as digital health applications. They are available free of charge by prescription to all insured adults in Germany.

As we begin to introduce HelloBetters digital health applications to the French market this role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the early stages of our expansion. Youll be centrally positioned in our efforts to grow and will play a crucial role in shaping and developing our services to meet the needs of our users.
Your parttime role 2025 hours/week) offers generous schedule flexibility. To maintain our commitment to providing timely feedback to our patients our team spreads their working hours across five days.

- Conduct Written Online Coaching: As your main objective and part of our digital health applications youll conduct written online coaching in French empowering patients with valuable insights and guidance.
- Patient Support: Assist our patients with technical and organizational requests through telephone email and chat. For more complex inquiries youll efficiently escalate these to our Engineering Team.
- Marketing and Communication Development: As we grow youll support the creation and refinement of marketing materials and communications aimed at both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Study Coach Participation: Engage in scientific evaluation studies as a study coach contributing to the robust research that underpins our digital health solutions.
Your profile
MustHaves
- Licensed or currently training as a psychological psychotherapist in Germany (behavioural psychoanalytic or systemic therapy) or licensed with RPPS number as a clinical psychotherapist in France or another Frenchspeaking country.
- Nativelevel proficiency in French and fluency in English as our working language.
- Relevant clinical experience with Frenchspeaking patients.
- Experience in emental health such as online counseling or coaching.
- Additional training in cognitive behavioural therapy.
- Proficiency in German.
