We are seeking an Assistant Director who will grow quickly in the organization. This leader will rotate through various aspects of the businessfrom kitchen to drivethru to front of houseto gain experience and work alongside team members. Some days you will be filling the roll of a director and other days you will be running shifts as a shift leader. This will depend on the needs of the restaurant. After an initial training period this leader will oversee 67 restaurant leaders begin to think strategically for the business and will influence the workplace culture and total guest experience. Ultimately this person will develop and coach team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service and modeling servantbased leadership.
5 days paid time off.40 hours)
Pay rate $23 an hour.
Overtime pay at 1.5 times pay rate.
401K matching funds after 1 year service.
Health Care Coverage credit up to $500.00 a month.
Uniform allowance up to $250.00.

Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation.
Initial training period 46 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e. marketing catering inventory scheduling FOH/BOH hiring).
Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guestsleading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with ChickfilA.
Mentor coach invest in and build relationships with a diverse team of 200 team members to motivate and help them reach their highest potential.
Develop 67 direct reports through oneonone meetings consistent reviews and coaching.
Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e. budgeting vendor relationships).
Maintain quality in food safety cleanliness and overall ChickfilA standards.
Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency.
Build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operators vision.
