Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage tax preparation planning and compliance for clients.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with federal state and local tax laws.
- Provide strategic tax and audit recommendations to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior accountants ensuring highquality work and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to develop taxsaving strategies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Experience in tax audit or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP IRS regulations and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Salary: $100K$180K (Based on experience and qualifications)
