Job Description
Hire Resolve is partnering with a wellknown construction company based in Cape Town which is looking for a HighEnd Residential Site Manager to join their team!
Key requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification/certification
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Projects
Key responsibilities:
- Setting out concrete and formwork experience
- Highend finishing
- Quality control
- Cost control claims
- JBCC Delay claims etc
- Ability to manage the project team
- Ability to manage the quantity surveyor
