Position Brief & Process Summary
A key member of the Procurement Services team in AXA Global Business Services the main responsibilities include working on risk
management understanding and meeting client requirements and proactively communicating with external and internal
customers.
Key Accountabilities & Requirements
Strong risk management knowledge with knowledge of vendor management resource management and good
understanding of scope management.
Exposure to ESG Reporting is a must.
Coordinating with AXA Entities and external service provider
Communicating with stakeholders (senior external) and project team members
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is highly recommended.
Strong presentation (PowerPoint and Excel) and research skills highly recommended.
Specific Position Related Experience
612 years of work experience in Vendor Management
Strong MS Office skills particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Operate with minimal supervision and should be able to take initiatives to their logical conclusions
Exposure to working for multiple geographies and able to communicate (verbally / writing) with top leaders across the
world with minimal to no supervision will be an added advantage
Experience of working with Overseas Partners
Bachelors degree is a must
