Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like SOLID principles TDD code reviews)
• Maintain team coding processes and standards to produce quality clean efficient code with an eye toward maintainability interoperability and performance
• Work with the team on project planning and delivery
• Mentor developers of all skill levels on software development best practices
• Help identify areas of technical debt as well as help define a technical roadmap to incrementally address them
• Bring forward ideas to innovate and work with the team to transform ideas to reality.
• Promote team accountability and autonomy

Required Skills

• 10 years of software development experience
• Extensive experience working across the full stack database backend and front end
• Strong modern clientside Javascript skills
• Strong knowledge of software design software architecture and programming best practices
• Proficient with .Net Framework and .Net Core
• Strong OO skills and extensive programming experience in C#.
• Proficient with building single page applications (SPA)using React.
• Proficient with building RESTful web services using Web API
• Proficient with database design and SQL
• Proficient with Entity Framework and Linq
• Proficient in the use of Visual Studio source control and continuous integration and deployment tools in DevOps
• Strong experience with agile development methodologies and unit testing
