St. Annes Family Services is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team!

What You Will Do:
TheAccounting Manager is responsible for daily accounting duties for St. Annes Family Services; St. Annes Foundation and St Annes Bogen Family Center LLC (inclusive of THCCC) will supervise a team and will support the CFO and Director of Accounting & Controller in financial reporting management and compliance.
Duties include:
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare review and ensure compliance of financial statements and reports for multiple governmentfunded programs adhering to accounting standards and funding agency requirements.
- Audit & Account Reconciliation: Oversee monthly reconciliations prepare for audits work with external auditors and address audit findings to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- MonthEnd & YearEnd Close Process: Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes coordinate with departments and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Contract & Grant Management: Monitor financial performance of contracts and grants ensure proper expense allocation and oversee billing and reimbursements in accordance with funding requirements.
- Staff Supervision & Process Improvement: Supervise and mentor the accounting team maintain internal controls and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business Administration required; Masters degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience required preferably in nonprofit organizations
- 3 years of supervisory experience required
- Experience with LA County contracts (DMH DCFS LAHSA LACOE) or other governmentfunded programs highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP is required
- Ability to manage audits compliance documentation and regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of accounting software required; Experience with MIP Abila preferred
- Experience with MIP Abila Financial Software highly preferred
Additional Job Details:
- Salary: $95000 $115000
- Schedule: Monday Thursday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM; Every other Friday off
- Fulltime exempt
