Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for daytoday tasks which include cost control preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) cost management cost planning and cost reporting.
Qualifications
- Cost Control Cost Management and Cost Planning skills
- Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Strong skills in cost reporting and analysis
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Good knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Experience in handling contracts and procurement processes
- Expertise in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field
- Coordinate with site engineers on required construction materials and orderingconfirming delivery
- Coordinating with clients
- Project site visits
- New products catalogs vendors
- Quantity Estimation
- Other proactive measures to improve business
