Job Description
As a Software Tester Intern for 6 months you will work closely with the testing team to assist in quality assurance (QA) activities. Your role will include executing test cases identifying bugs and helping to ensure that our software is fully functional and userfriendly before release. You will gain handson experience with manual and automated testing techniques in a realworld environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and of manual and automated test cases.
- Conduct functional regression integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) on software applications.
- Identify document and report defects using bugtracking tools.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of software and help identify root causes for bugs.
- Report on test progress issues and results.
- Contribute to improving the software testing process through feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Currently completed a degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodology
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
