Sunwise Auto Group is looking for Automotive Service Technicians with all levels of experienceto join our growing and expanding team at Weatherford BMW. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched
- Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
- Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services
- Always maintaining an organized and clean workspace
- Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees
- Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Employers values in all interactions
- Other duties given by supervisor as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 13 years of automotive technician experience
- Automotive Dealership experience preferred
- Highline or European experience a plus
- Automotive technical training or certification from an accredited automotive technical school preferred
- ASE Certification a plus
- Smog license a plus
- Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
- Must have valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Great communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION:
The Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $50.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
- Hourly and Flat Rate based on experience and certifications.
