Description:
Seeking a Sr IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits. This role requires strong project management ERP expertise and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee largescale Oracle Fusion projects from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with HR IT and external vendors to align project goals.
- Gather requirements manage customization and ensure smooth system configuration.
- Develop and execute test plans resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Lead enduser training change management and postimplementation support.
- Ensure data migration integration and compliance with legal standards.
- Experience: 10 years in Oracle ERP 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits.
- Project Management: Proficiency in Agile Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Technical & HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes Oracle Fusion functionalities and system integrations.
- Skills: Excellent communication problemsolving and stakeholder engagement.
