Within the FSO People and Change practice we focus on placing the right people with the right capabilities in the right roles to continuously build a better working world. We support clients through organizational transformations employee life cycles evolving workforces and the changing role of HR within a specific sector the financial services.
As we strive to develop a worldclass practice we are seeking a Senior Consultant who is passionate and eager to join our expanding team. Our team culture is built on trust and respect fostering a welcoming environment where knowledge is shared rapidly. In this role you will be mainly responsible to leverage AI to enhance HR processes including implementing solutions like Copilot to improve efficiency decisionmaking and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the People Consulting team youll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on AI in HR you will be expected to
Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery and help client in balancing Automation and Human Touch.
Engage with clients to understand their business needs challenges and goals related to AI adoption employee needs and pain points
Devise the optimal approach to adopt AI & change management within a specific client context.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buyin and support for AI initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees ensuring their voices are heard
Build client capabilities in adoption AI in the organization and support them in investing in training and upskilling
Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of the initiatives providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects.
Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EYs expertise in this domain
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
Skills and Attributes for Success
47 years professional experience in Program management consulting and/or in the Financial sector
Knowledge of AI applications preferably in HR and HR technologies
A continuous enthusiasm for championing the people agenda in organizations
A motivation to support the growth and development of our team
Excellent analytical skills conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
Strong team spirit balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support client teams through different initiatives
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic consulting environment
Excellent knowledge of business English and fluency in French and/or Dutch
Proactive clientoriented mindset
Strong collaboration abilities in working together with a team
