Job Description
Cyber Security VMWare Red Team Blue Team Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform Ansible DNS DHCP NTP Syslog Bash PowerShell Batch and Python Puppet Splunk
Due to federal contract requirements United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
Required:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
- At least eight 08 years of direct/relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree must be in Network Engineering Systems Engineering Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Four 04 years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- Masters degree plus six 06 years of relevant experience or an Associates degree plus ten 10 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus twelve 12 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development programming information/cyber/network security vulnerability analysis penetration testing computer forensics information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally must have experience in network or system administration.
- Current experience with management of virtualized infrastructure to include multinode and multisite networks
- Experience with networking and virtualization
- Experience with building and maintaining networks consisting of physical and virtual equipment
- Experience with standard network services DNS DHCP NTP Syslog etc.
- Experience configuring and administering nextgeneration firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto McAfee)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash PowerShell Batch and Python
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with Puppet Kickstart Packer
- Experience with cybersecurity tools network configurations and operational tools
- Knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux application behaviors and network traffic analysis
- Experience in a fastpaced environment and working with flexible customer requirements
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience operating in an agile development environment and DevOps
- Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge of penetration testing or red team operations
- Experience utilizing and development with Splunk
- Experience with Nutanix
- Defensive Cyber Security Operations
$170000 $192000 a year
The pay range for this job with multilevels is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
