Job Description
Knight Franks Country Business is searching for a bold and visionary leader to become the new Head of Winchester Sales spearheading the success of our Winchester office and leading the charge for our Winchester city market.
We are the worlds leading independent international property consultancy headquartered in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896 Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20000 people in 600 Offices across 50 Territories.
Were looking for a motivated resultsdriven professional with a deep knowledge of Winchester and South Hampshires property markets. In this pivotal role youll be at the forefront of shaping business growth leading and spearheading a highperforming team and upholding Knight Franks reputation for exceptional service. Youll have the freedom to drive strategic initiatives expand your influence in the region and showcase your talent for building and nurturing relationships with toptier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure instructions in line with business targets and goals.
- Lead motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Position Knight Frank at the heart of the South Hampshire market identifying new business opportunities and taking our regional presence to new heights.
- Manage financials streamline processes and maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the SubDivisional Head to develop and implement strategic business plans for the region.
What Were Looking For:
- Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire guide and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
- A seasoned property professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and a deep understanding of the South Hampshire market.
- A natural leader who thrives on challenge with a passion for property and a drive to exceed targets.
- A proven track record in conducting market appraisals sales strategy and client relationship management.
