Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and understand the specific
needs of banking clients regarding loan origination and management processes
and systems.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations showcasing system functionalities
such as loan application processing credit scoring approval workflows
compliance tracking and portfolio management.
Design and present tailored solutions that address clients' operational challenges
regulatory requirements and digital transformation goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals RFP responses and proofofconcept
(PoC) demonstrations that illustrate the value of our software.
Addressing technical questions and providing insights into system integration
with core banking platforms credit bureaus and regulatory systems.
Gather feedback from clients and relay product enhancement suggestions to the
product development team.
Support postsales handover by collaborating with the implementation team to
ensure seamless project initiation and client onboarding.
Requirements
Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset.
Master's degree in Business IT or a related field.
Proven experience in a presales technical sales or solutions consulting role.
Strong understanding of the LOS/LMS space as well as industry best practices.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience with core banking systems (e.g. Temenos Finastra or FIS) and
integration processes.
Understanding of APIs data security protocols and cloud platforms (AWS Azure
or Google Cloud).
