Overview of Job/Team:

SpyCloud is looking for a driven curious and motivated People Operations Intern to join ourPeople Operations team as part of our Summer Early Talent Program! This 9week hybridinternship in Austin TX is designed to provide realworld experience handson learning andmeaningful mentorship. At SpyCloud we believe in learning by doing which is why our internswork on real highimpact projects that contribute to our mission.

Internship Details:

• Required Hybrid Schedule: InOffice Wednesdays at our South Congress office (additional inoffice days may be requested by your team)
• Dates: June 4 August 6
• Hourly Rate: $20/hr

What Youll Do:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of core People initiatives including onboarding internal communications talent acquisition and learning & development
• Support the organization and maintenance of Peoplerelated documentation processes and tools
• Assist with L&D initiatives by helping coordinate content upload learning resources and support rollout planning
• Help brainstorm and plan internal campaigns to boost employee engagement and adoption of new People programs
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with other teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment on key People priorities
• Gain handson experience in data organization project coordination and strategic thinking within a highgrowth company

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate college program and currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Communications or a related field.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer term.
• Based in Austin TX with the ability to come into the office once a week (Wednesdays).
• A passion for learning collaboration and innovationwe want interns who are curious proactive and excited to grow!

• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling and organizing data or documentation
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn across multiple areas of People Ops
• A collaborative teamfirst attitude and a proactive work style
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural enthusiasm for helping others feel included andvalued
• Bonus: Familiarity with HRIS systems LinkedIn Learning or basic project managementtools
