ServiceNow Developer

Avantor is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for the HR Shared Services team. The associate will be responsible for leading the design development and implementation of complex custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

What were looking for

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

• 45 years of experience with ServiceNow development.

• Required Certification: ServiceNow CSA or CAD

• Nice to have certifications: ITIL Foundation or Agile certifications

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture configuration and customization

• Experience with JavaScript HTML and CSS

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM and CSM

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST SOAP and JDBC

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Certification in ServiceNow Development or Administration

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Lead the design development and testing of custom applications and workflows on ServiceNow

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident Problem and Change Management

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications and workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform

• Stay up to date with new features and best practices on the ServiceNow platform
