Leadership Candidates are responsible for training coaching and developing Team Members; setting expectations; following up; holding Team Members accountable; guarding the brand; practicing personal care; and treating all with honor dignity and respect. Fulltime Leadership Candidates earn a minimum of $19 per hour and have the option to purchase medical benefits.
Characteristics
We are seeking Leadership Candidates who demonstrate humility honesty integrity commitment passion good communication decision making empathy awareness and accountability; who are focused on doing the right thing the right way every time; who want to know how their jobs tie into metrics that drive the Restaurant to greater success; and who help create a culture of teamwork and positivity. A bachelors degree or two years of vocational leadership experience is required.
