Consumer and Trade Activation Analyst 121 Focus)

This Associate role within Consumer and Trade Activation Analysis is responsible for supporting the of Consumer activation in 121 touchpoints along with the established brand objectives.
Position:
As a Consumer and Trade Activation Analyst you will:
- Actively support the 121 touchpoint manager in the implementation of the activation programs in Traditional Selling Pointsand manage the ambassadors needs/community
- Actively monitor and control the 121 routing processes and their relative implementation by thirdparty agencies. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance implementation routines.
- Aid offline touchpoint owners in analyzing program data by creating dashboards using business intelligence tools (Power BI). Integrate various data sources to generate insights on program performance activation effectiveness and consumer preferences.
- In collaboration with the touchpoint managers brand teams and thirdparty agencies design and implement the ambassadors outfits accessories and trial tools ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and touchpoint requirements.
- Efficiently manage the stock of all required materials and products to facilitate the 121 program . Closely monitor the stocklevel reconciliation process in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
- Closely follow and perform internal policies and procedures for purchase requisitions purchase orders & good receipts for the respective touchpoints.
Within 6 months you will:
- Master the use of business intelligence tools & combination of different data source.
- Further develop your communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree graduate preferably of a Marketing / Business / related courses
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in marketing or data analysis in FMCG
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Detailorientation with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Consumercentric mindset with experience in reporting and evaluation.
- Fluency in Greek and in English
