You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur Account Executive Velocity team works closely with solo practitioners and small law firms who are seeking a legal practice management system to transform their business. In this role you will be working with entrepreneurs and helping their practices come to life. This is a crucial part of our business as its our largest Account Executive team at Clio and one that is integral to our success as a company.
What youll work on:
Uncover new business opportunities leveraging prospecting skills and relationships to build lasting partnerships with Law Firms in your assigned territory
Convert qualified opportunities using phone email and product demonstrations
Use Salesforce to manage all sales activities
Accurately forecast monthly sales pipeline weekly
Take ownership of your territory managing the sales cycle for all inbound and outbound opportunities
Collaborate with qualifying teams to strategize on opportunity generation within your territory
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend the product solution that best fits each clients needs
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer expectations are met with Clios product offerings
Stay uptodate with industry trends and adapt your sales strategy to position Clio best in your territory.
What you may have:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience including closing deals
Minimum of 1 year of SaaS fullcycle sales experience preferred
You have a track record of success developing and managing both an inbound and outbound pipeline effectively
Experience preparing and taking the lead on product demonstrations
Strong communication organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decisionmaking levels
You are selfmotivated creative organized and processoriented
Experience using tools such as Salesforce Salesloft ZoomInfo SalesNav or similar is a plus

The full salary range* for this role is $59800 to $74800 to $89800 CAD and the full commission range is $49000 to $61200 to $73400 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.Please note there is a separate band for those in the San Francisco / Bay Area. For those outside the United States there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions..
We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
