Job Description

In your future role as Sr. Researcher you will:
- Plan execute analyze and report on experiments in agrochemical formulations with a focus on herbicides pesticides and fungicides.
- Identify and develop new product and process optimization solutions for crop protection formulations.
- Lead technical projects and contribute to the delivery of innovative results within the agrochemical field.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the development of new applications for crop protection products.
- Generate and share ideas for new product applications and optimization techniques within the agro formulation domain.
- Participate in intellectual property (IP) initiatives including contributing to patent applications and analyzing thirdparty IP relevant to formulation technology.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of product stabilityand formulation behavior ensuring compliance with industry standards.
We believe you bring:
Education:
- Preferred: PhD in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Alternative: Masters or Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field with substantial relevant experience (preferably in agro formulation or related areas).
Experience:
- Relevant experience working with agrochemical formulations including herbicides pesticides and fungicides.
- Background in formulation chemistry and product stability within the agrochemical industry.
- Experience in solutions chemistry and product development for crop protection.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing experiments that drive innovation in formulation techniques.
Skills:
- Extensive laboratory experience with a focus on agro formulations and chemical stability.
- Familiarity with IP processes and the ability to assess thirdparty IP in the formulation and agrochemical fields.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for presenting research findings and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative crossfunctional team.
- A passion for driving innovation in the agrochemical space particularly in crop protection and product formulation.
Good to know:
This is a permanent position on a fulltime basis reporting to the Section Manager in Bridgewater NJ.
