Master Carpenter

Kalos Services is looking for an Experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our highperforming team. We seek craftsmancentric professionals with a proven track record in the construction field with experience in both structural and finish installations while exhibiting exceptional precision and craftsmanship. This role demands a sharp eye for detail a commitment to excellence and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with industry experts on complex projects.

Schedule Sunday Thursday: Someweekendandafterhoursworkmayberequired with flexibility. Ability to Travel throughout the state of Florida will be required.

Compensation: $30 $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Execute highquality framing trim and finish carpentry with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and project specifications to ensure exact .
• Construct install and repair structures and fixtures using a variety of materials ensuring durability and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work seamlessly with project managers architects and other trades to maintain project timelines and deliver superior craftsmanship.
• Operate and maintain advanced carpentry tools and equipment with expertise ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality control proactively identifying and resolving any structural or aesthetic issues.
• Adapt to complex construction challenges demonstrating problemsolving skills and expert craftsmanship in every project.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and industry codes ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
• Take ownership of projects consistently delivering work that meets and exceeds client expectations

• Proven expertise in framing trim work cabinetry and custom woodwork with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and project specifications with precision.
• Mastery of hand and power tools including saws routers planers and measuring devices.
• Strong understanding of building codes safety regulations and best construction practices.
• Experience collaborating with architects project managers and other skilled trades to deliver seamless results.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to onsite challenges with creative solutionsbased thinking.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials stand for long periods and work in various conditions.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
• Preferred: Formal apprenticeship trade certification or relevant technical training.
• The role is handson; candidates should be comfortable installing equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs)working on ladders scaffolding and motorized lift equipment. (safety equipment provided).
