Master schedule
Orlando FL
Role Overview:

Master scheduler plays a crucial role in planning and maintaining detailed schedules for projects up to $100M. Collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders youll ensure effective timeline management and support preconstruction planning efforts. Strong leadership communication and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop organize and maintain project schedules.
  • Guide teams on best scheduling practices.
  • Support preconstruction and proposal schedule preparation.
  • Understand construction processes and review schedule updates.
  • Uphold company values and perform additional duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or equivalent experience (experience may substitute education on a one-to-one basis).
  • Minimum 6 years in the construction industry.
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Alignment with company culture and values.

Work Environment:

Physical ability to stand bend sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Effective participation in meetings video calls and phone communication.
Occasional local and domestic travel (valid drivers license required).
