Job Description
- Note from hiring manager : Looking for someone with Primary Skill- Agile Scrum Master
- Secondary Skill- Data Governance Protection & Data Management experienced in handling Production releases coordinating with multiple partners and tracking -
- Experience using the Remedy tool (Desired) Banking client.
Position Summary:
Agile/Scrum Facilitation & Coordination:
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and align business and functional requirements.
- Define and prioritize user stories using tools like Jira and other artifacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user stories meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
- Support capacity planning and long-term system/software development goals
- Guide teams and organizations in Agile/Scrum practices to improve self-organization and deliver customer value.
- Assess and coach teams on Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Remove impediments and foster a safe trusting environment for problem-solving.
Team Support & Leadership:
- Facilitate discussions decision-making and conflict resolution without coercion.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and maintenance.
- Lead by example using a servant leadership approach to empower the team.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze system efficiency and develop strategies to improve or leverage existing systems.
- Communicate application issues to stakeholders and enhance business processes through integration.
Communication & Transparency:
- Improve internal and external communication transparency and information sharing.
Primary Skill- Agile Scrum Master
- Secondary Skill- Data Governance Protection & Data Management.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- 5 years of experience managing software development or software support using Scrum principles practices and theory.
- Managing onshore and offshore teams and driving task completion.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools including but not limited to JIRA/Remedy.
- Experiencing in handling Production releases coordinating with multiple partners and tracking.
- SQL Knowledge required for research.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Skills:
- Strong communication interpersonal organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and task/deliverable management.
- Strong self-accountability quick learning analytical thinking and flexibility to deliver on project scope.
- Confident communicator with attention to detail and ability to follow up independently.
- Experienced in overseeing multiple sets of tasks and deliverables.
- Experience with driving others to complete assigned tasks.
- Support Production deployments.
