Earn up to $27.92 an hour in 24 months
Night Shifts: Rotating 12 hour shift 7pm7am

Pay Scale:
Autocaser Operator:
- Starting wage: $22.73
- 24 month top out: $26.92
- Night differential: additional $1.00
Responsibilities:
- As a Machine Operator youll set up and operate a machine thats running cheese for some of the biggest restaurants and retailers in the world. (If youve enjoyed a burger with cheese at your favorite restaurant theres a good chance youve enjoyed some of our delicious dairy. Part of your role includes monitoring the equipment and performing many different quality checks to make sure were meeting customer requirements.

Autocaser Job Description:
- Maintain production speeds and quality standards. Communicate between processing and packaging. Setup run make repairs and adjustments to the Autocaser.
Primary Essential Functions:
- Perform all process CP CCP QP and CQP checks required for the position. Follow reaction plans for Food Safety Food Quality and customer requirement deviations. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation.
- Must follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines wear designated personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet OSHA safety requirements.
- Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as inspection rework & sort operations as needed.
- Teamwork and compliance with plant policies and procedures.
- Utilize process excellence (PE) tools to improve plant performance and complete specific projects as directed by leaders. Must be engaged to learn PE and Schreiber productions system (SPS) tools and support PE initiatives.
- Satisfactory attendance record. Must be willing to work weekends offshifts OT as needed. Must be ontime to work.
- Must be able to work in other general labor positions in the plant as needed.

- Must record temperature humidity air flow readings.
- Must be able to become power equipment (Forklift) certified and keep that certification current and on going.

- Interacts with team advisors operators and other production partners. Requires good communication and writing skills must work well with others along with being a team player.
Expectations / Standards / Training Requirements:
- Complete tasks as assigned by leaders and others according to expectations. Must possess basic math counting calculator and basic computer skills.Forklift driving skills may be necessary. Training can generally be completed in a 6week period or less.

- Stand up to 812 hours per day

- Bend/Squat/Twist up to 15 minutes per hour
- Ability to lift and reach shoulder height and above repetitively frequently
- Ability to climb steps/ladders and work at heights occasionally
- Ability to quickly access different areas of the plant frequently
Requirements:
- Candidates must have the ability to read understand and follow written procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required.
- At least two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- This job may require you to operate an electronic pallet jack or forklift and work in cold or hot conditions.
- This position requires passing a postoffer background check physical and drug screen.
