Position Overview:
About the Role:
- Maintenance and organization of Materials Library at our HQ
- Build and maintain seasonal materials boards
- Supports team with tracking and materials submission management.
- Order and track samples/ prototype yardage from providers
- Maintenance of colour library at our HQ
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages
- Provide additional support to Materials Team where needed
About You:
- Final year student currently enrolled in Fashion Design Marketing or Textile design
- Familiarity with working in a fastpaced global environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Microsoft suite.
- Strong communication skills (written oral presentation) and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Strong presentation skills
- Attention to detail and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
