The Opportunity

You are part of the Fraud Risk Team this team conducts monitoring of Worldline merchants using inhouse and thirdparty systems to reduce fraud losses and fines resulting from inadequate fraud risk management.

Fraud Risk Manager coordinates merchant information requests and rule changes for all Worldline merchants (with focus on Europe Middle East and Africa). The Fraud Monitoring Manager also drives investigative activities in response to acquirers schemes and the Police regarding fraudrelated investigations.

You are assigned to a merchant portfolio and you are responsible for boarding and setting up Worldline fraud solutions for your merchants as well as monitoring and continuous performance improvements of those in your portfolio. While working independently you work together in a team and support each other when needed. You are also the single point of contact with schemes and banks on fraudrelated inquiries.

Daytoday responsibilities

  • Management of merchant fraud (fraud against Worldline)
  • Management of customer fraud against Worldline merchants
  • Conducting analysis and early warning of merchants at risk of entering chargeback monitoring programs
  • Suggesting rules and implementing changes for Worldline merchants
  • Management and control of all fraud types and all products
  • Compiling fraud management (monitoring) analytical products (management information Key Performance Indicators Key Risk Indicators risk heat maps dashboard and portfolio risk reports)
  • Reducing financial risk by early warning of limit breaches and other early warning signals
  • Providing an overview on fraud management systems of Worldline for prospect and existing merchants
  • As a senior team member you will have to provide training and coaching other team members
  • You will also be a backup for the Head of Fraud team regarding fraud development

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion cando attitude and a hunger to learn and grow practice this means:

  • Fluent English skills additional European language would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of schemes fraud and chargeback regulations.
  • Previous experience in working with fraud management tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office (especially PowerBI and Excel).
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills ability to manipulate data and form opinions.
  • Strong attention to details ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills team player mindset.
