Are you passionate about storytelling and the fastpaced world of digital journalism Were looking for a talented Digital Producer to join our team and help shape the news of tomorrow! Youll be at the forefront of sourcing and creating original content for both print and online platforms all while mastering the latest digital tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Story Sourcing & Creation:
- Find and write compelling original stories that captivate and inform our readers across both print and digital media.
- Harness social media to uncover fresh stories and drive engagement including promoting content and posting stories online.
- Produce dynamic video content for our digital products.
Digital Strategy & Promotion:
- Use your strong news judgment and analytical tools to amplify the impact of stories online.
- Contribute to various digital content from writing and subediting to crafting catchy headlines picture captions and video embeds.
- Support the Online Editor in guiding the digital direction of both of our websites.
Team Collaboration & Professionalism:
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Stay on top of the latest technologies and upskill to stay ahead in the industry.
- Work within a fastpaced deadlinedriven team environment balancing both collaboration and autonomy.
Interviewing & Reporting:
- Conduct professional and engaging interviews with subjects producing insightful and impactful stories.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A journalism degree or significant experience working in the media industry.

- Outstanding interview and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a sevenday newsroom including weekend shifts.
