Job Description
Job Title: Quality Control Analyst
Department: Delivery
Job Location: Navi Mumbai & Chennai
Reporting To: Lead
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Quality Management
Perform audits on cases assigned by the Project Manager
Following audits provides feedback in real time (within 24 hours) to the abstractor
Constructs corrective action plans for MDAs with recurring errors
Ensures corrections are made in a timely fashion
Self reports activities like time spent on records audits completed including all relevant details and any other reporting functions assigned by Operations and QA management teams.
Training and Monitoring
Escalates performance concerns and issues as needed
Assists with retraining of underperforming staff
Participates and contributes to QA Program and initiatives
Special Projects
May participate in special projects or client specific initiatives as directed
Security Responsibilities
All Quality staff should never share password to anyone.
All Quality staff need to ensure systems are locked when not in use.
All Quality staff must ensure no unauthorized applications are used.
All Quality staff must make no PHI data is saved on Vasta domain.
Education & Experience:
Min. 16 months of nonclinical experience (Clinical Data Management / Abstraction)
Good to have Auditing experience
Qualification UG/PG Medicos: BDS BAMS BUMS BHMS BPT/ MD
Nonmedicos: Bioinformatics Biotechnology Life Sciences Pharmacy Biochemistry Microbiology
Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

Outstanding written and verbal skills
Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with multidisciplinary project team
