Job Description
Job Title:Associate Lab Support Technician Biopharma(JP9489
Location:Thousand Oaks CA
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: Initial 6 months possible extensions or conversion to FTE
Job posting date: 12/2/2021
Rate: $1921/Hr
Target start Date: 1/3/2022
Note:Onsite Essential.Must be able to work multiple shifts at 3 month intervals (Day and swing shift)
3 Key Consulting is hiring anAssociate Lab Support Technicianfor a consulting engagement with our direct client a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:
Under general supervision supports the of harvest and downstream purification process studies using pilot scale equipment including chromatography skids and filtration systems. Routine tasks include equipment preparation operating chromatography and filtration systems compounding media and buffer solutions and sampling. Utilizes scientific principles in of experiments and analysis of experimental data. Carries out laboratory tasks per plan and procedure in a team environment. Documents data and process information in accordance to good documentation practices. Performs laboratory safety evaluations. Organizes and stocks laboratory supplies. Executes process/equipment troubleshooting. Performs inprocess testing using laboratory analyzers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science. Ability to work evening/nights and occasional weekend work. Evening/Night work is scheduled on a fixed duration rotation subject to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior handson experience in pilotscale or largescale cell culture or downstream purification process development or manufacturing operation. Experience with automated and computercontrolled biopharmaceutical process equipment. Knowledge of process data compilation and analysis. Demonstrated equipment troubleshooting skills. Excellent problemsolving capabilities and attention to detail. Experience of collaboration within and across functional areas and outstanding customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Biotech Process Development or Manufacturing experience.
